Yeah right we actually don't know how our galaxy really looks like , all we know is that its a spiral galaxy and it must look like this but actually this is a fake picture which are created by scientists . We are not really able to send a probe so far that it can actually show us how our milky way galaxy really looks like.

2. Moon revolves around the earth, earth around the sun and sun around the milky way.

3. What you are seeing today must have happened billion of years ago.

As we all know that we see things when they are reflected inside our eyes by light but do you know that light takes atleast 8 min to reach the earth from sun . Similarly as you know sun is the closest star to us but there are stars million of light years away from us so the thing we see in them must have happened a long time ago. Like if you ever see a star exploding today , remember that it exploded thousands of years ago.

4. In 4 billion years our galaxy will merge.

Andromeda galaxy the nearest galaxy to our galaxy is believed to merge in our galaxy in 4 billion years . The two galaxies are slowly coming close and scientist say they'll merge together forming a big single galaxy called Milkdromeda .

5. Scared what will happen to us then?

According to scientists nothing will happen to us as the distance between the stars of the two planets are so large that none of them will collide and mind you there are billions of stars in both the galaxies but as we all know the universe is very large.
