Short Horror Story - Something In Nothing

It was the summer time when me and my friends decided to go on a trip. Working everyday in office was boring for all of us. So we decided to go on for some adventure, which now turned into a nightmare...
"So where we should go ?" asked one of the friends . "Umm what about in forest or mountain ?" said another ."No not mountain last time we went there only." "So forest its done." "What forest?" i exclaimed. "What are we going to do there "? i asked doubtfully. "Well we will have fun you'll see."

And so me and my four other friends decided to go in a forest and do something new . Exploration that was our main motto .
Now let me take you directly to the point when everything happened.

We went in the forest and started searching for houses or hotels , it was not exactly the forest , it was
like a tourist spot. We checked all the hotels near the forest but all of them were booked. So we went a little deeper , there was a cottage , it was completely empty and only 3 men worked there and what excited us the most that it was believed that , that area was haunted and no one goes there. Being in our 20s  we decided to take that cottage only and see what is going to happen.

We stayed there for like two days and nothing really happened. " Ah people are so stupid to believe in all this." said one of my friends laughingly. "That's soooo good we got this place for almost no money because of this." It was the the night time when me and one of my friends decided to go for a good walk in a forest.

Everything was so beautiful, winds were chilly and we were enjoying the natural beauty. Then i don't

know why my friend went mad and  started shouting . "f#ck with me now you little creatures." A whole bottle of wine was definitely working. Then we saw a old swing near the cottage, we decided to take some selfies . As we were taking pictures , to my surprise all the shots we took blurred out our face .That was something spooky because it was a dslr and the pics we took near the cottage was crystal clear.


All the things started getting disturbed. Like really the cold chilly winds stop blowing and as my friend was sitting on a swing he felt like someone just pushed him a little bit . The swing was fully rusted , typical horror movie type and it was very hard to move it a little bit . When my friend told me about that someone pushed him , i got really scared and we decided to leave as fast as possible. As we were leaving the swing started swinging slowly < IT WAS LIKE A DEATH BLOW> .We started running as fast as we can until we reached the cottage.
In the morning when we told rest of the people , they started laughing and claiming that we are making up the story to scare them . Our final weapon was the pics, we showed them all the pics we took there and that made them believe that we were not lying. After that we all left that place as fast as possible but that incident still gives me goosebumps , just thinking of it.
